All product has a lifetime replacement guarantee. Exceptions are for plating on rings, tarnish on sterling silver, and discontinued items, none of which have a lifetime guarantee. Allow 4-8 weeks delivery on returns. Returning merchandise that is not damaged can be done, but a 25 percent re-stocking fee will be assessed. Errors on packing lists and invoices (missing merchandise) should be reported within 48 hours.
Ordering can be done by on-line, or by phone or email. If we have received your email address, we will reply with a confirmation of receipt. If you have not received any sort of confirmation, we have not opened up your email message/order. In this case, please follow up with a phone call, if your order is urgent. Minimum order amount is $100. One can order less than the $100 minimum, but will be assessed a $10 “min. order charge”. Orders received before 11 am PST can often be sent out the very same day.
Payment is made by PayPal or credit cards through PayPal. Packages that are not received at your end will be charged the shipping amount UPS charges--both to you, and back to us.
Shipping is normally done through UPS ground. However, you can request overnight, 2-day, 3-day, or Priority Mail service. You pay shipping costs.
Products can often be ordered in standard plating, or with 50 mils gold (or 100 mils silver). The products look similar, but the 50 mils product lasts longer—it is the highest level of quality in the industry. Many silver plated chains will often have a lacquer finish for extra protection from tarnishing, in which case we are unable to add the 100 extra mils. The base metal is diamond-cut brass. Items that are shown in the catalog to be silver in color are .925 sterling silver, when “sterling silver” is noted at the top of the page or in the item description. If not, then it is likely silver plated. Items labeled “vermeil” are of 50 mils gold plating over solid sterling silver (.925). Rings, toe rings, and charms all carry a minimum of 1 half micron of 24 karat gold plating. Most other items are standard gold electroplate. Stones used are either cubic zirconia, Austrian crystal, or natural stone.
